Meet Shristi Sharma. Shristi has worked with us as a Technical Lead for over two and a half years.
And with over a decade’s experience in tech and telecoms, we can count on Shristi to know what a good company looks like.
Sigh of relief - Shristi thinks Colt is a good one!
When she first joined us, her previous experience was predominantly technical. But we carved out time for Shristi to learn new skills, set goals and develop her knowledge.
Shortly after joining, she was put on a big project where she was able to make her mark. And a big plus for Shristi, is that at Colt, we’re flexible first.
Unlike a lot of other companies who, in a post-covid climate, are gradually reducing their flexible working allowances. It allows for her to progress, feel comfortable in her role and the wider company, and plan for her family and the future. Another benefit of flexible working is it allows for Shristi to prioritise her physical and mental health. The 3-hour roundtrip journey she would take on her commute, is now replaced with yoga, learning new things or cooking.
