Versa Digital Experience Monitoring added to Colt SASE

The global Secure Access Service Edge, or SASE, market is generating double digit growth as analysts forecast 19% CAGR to 2029. With growth fuelled by business’ need to protect themselves from increasingly sophisticated security threats across multiple locations, applications and devices, organisations are turning to SASE – often alongside their SD WAN –  to level up their security and provide a seamless, consistent user experience.

Now, Colt has built in a new Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) solution to its Versa  SD WAN services portfolio – which includes SASE – to provide IT and Security teams with visibility into the end-user experience across devices, networks and applications.

Offered in partnership with Versa, the global leader in Universal Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), the Versa DEMTM service empowers IT and security teams to proactively identify and resolve performance issues, streamline operations, and ensure exceptional user productivity, regardless of where employees are located. This makes it ideal for organisations managing network and security for employees across distributed work environment with hybrid and on-site employees located across multiple sites.

Versa DEM performs end-to-end user experience monitoring and provides granular performance metrics for every ‘hop’ (or access request) between users and applications. This holistic visibility enables analysts to quickly pinpoint trouble spots, reduce incident triage times, and minimise help desk tickets, ultimately improving user satisfaction. Through this collaboration with Versa, Colt has enabled these capabilities within the Colt SASE product, bringing the benefits of DEM to Colt customers.
