Mr. Coughlin has worked for Fidelity Investment’s private equity group, Devonshire Investors since 2007. As Managing Director, he leads direct investing for a multi-billion dollar Real Assets portfolio. He currently serves as a board member or board committee member of seven businesses that span infrastructure, energy and manufacturing. Prior to joining Devonshire, Brendan managed turnarounds for companies held in the White Mountains Insurance Group portfolio.
He currently serves with The Trustees of Reservations as a Corporate Trustee and Advisory Board member. He also serves on the deCordova Sculpture Park & Museum Board of Trustees. He is a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society.
Brendan holds a Bachelor’s degree from Wesleyan University, an MBA from Yale University and the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
