Steve was appointed to the Board on 1 January 2024
He retired as Head of Asset Management for Fidelity Investments in 2020 and has held senior technology roles at Fidelity. Before joining Fidelity, Steve worked at Salomon Brothers. He began his career with IBM Corporation in 1974.
Since retiring, Steve has served on several Fidelity boards as an independent director and joined Fidelity’s main board, FMR LLC, as Director and Audit Committee member.
Steve holds a Bachelor in Maths from Rutgers University
