Shashi Pandey

Meet Shashi Pandey, hailing from Jharkhand in east India, Shashi joined Colt over twenty years ago as a network engineer. With a can-do attitude, she has worked at numerous levels, including team leader in the service delivery team, process champion and portfolio director for new products development.
As someone who loves to learn, her current operations role gives her opportunity to view things through a business lens, compared to a technical one. Exposure to executive level processes has built up her business acumen and satisfies her desire to hone her performance as a leader.
Having had some challenging experiences as a woman in her early career, Shashi proudly served as Presiding Officer for internal complaints of sexual harassment. She also passionately supported the India Country Manager to develop and implement employee networks in India.
Shashi believes that there is no shortcut to success. She is deeply grateful to the great mentors and inspiring allies who have and continue to support her journey on a road less travelled.
