I think I was born to be on the move. I love speaking with different people from different ethnic backgrounds and discovering a new way of life or learning a new language. That’s just something I’ve got in my DNA. I moved around a lot when I was a child, every four or five years. Every new place I went there was a different accent and a different way of behaving, which was difficult but my favourite quote is from a song by Oasis: “Don’t look back in anger” which taught me to keep looking forward and be myself.
I have this kind of skill of connecting with people, if I do say so myself, and at Colt you’re working with people all over the world. That just makes me love my job more.
